This is a hard one for me as the product did not fully meet my expectations, but the amazing customer service afterwards raised the bar tremendously. The spats arrived and though they were of great quality they were far too large reaching right up to my knee as you can see in the picture. I told Rin and immediately they got back to me with several offers to fix the issue. I settled for getting them adjusted myself but was very impressed with how the situation was handled. Would recommend anyone who is getting these to send specific measurements when buying. Otherwise great product!!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Rin. Super responsive and sent me many progress photos. I asked for an upgraded leather than the one he originally offered and without hesitation he provided me with a new price and made it happen. The quality is exceptional. I made a few tweaks, added some rocket mounts. and weathered parts but it was pretty much ready to go. He even included a gift with purchase. I would definitely order again.
